Storyline:

In the late 1990s, a mining town called Fengyang is shaken when the body of an unidentified woman is discovered. Police officer Chen Hong Bing launches an investigation and soon notices that the glass fragments on the victim's neck closely resemble those from a bottle used to hold a banned drug. Not long after, while responding to a call, he discovers that someone in the town is consuming this illegal substance.
